TODO(counsel) — Confirm the controller entity once the operating company and any per-location SPVs exist, and add the registered address and any representative required in the jurisdictions we accept reservations from.

What we collect

When you submit a founding reservation we store exactly the following, and nothing else:

• Name — as you entered it.
• Email address — normalised to lowercase.
• City of interest — one of our twenty locations.
• Tier interest — Founder, Pioneer, Member or Associate.
• An optional note — how you heard of us, if you chose to tell us.
• Consent version — which version of the consent wording you were shown (currently 2026-07-31-reserve-v1).
• Timestamps — when you reserved, and when you confirmed.

We do not collect payment details, because there is nothing to pay: reserving is free and non-binding. It is not a purchase and not an offer of securities.

Abuse prevention

To stop automated abuse of the reservation form, we derive a salted, one-way hash of your IP address and use it to count attempts within a rolling window. We do not store your IP address, and it is not written to our logs — only the hash, which cannot be reversed to an address.

The hash is used for nothing else: not analytics, not location, not identification.

Why we collect it

To record your interest in a founding membership, to confirm that the address you gave is yours (a confirmation email you must click), and to contact you about the club in the city you chose. Your reservation only counts toward the public demand figure once you confirm.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets only what it needs to function. Non-essential cookies — analytics and measurement — are declined by default and load nothing unless you explicitly accept. Your choice is stored in your browser, not on our servers.

There is currently no analytics or advertising service on this site.

Who else sees it

Your reservation is stored in our database and is not readable by other visitors. Access is restricted to an explicit administrator allowlist.

TODO(counsel) — List the processors (hosting, database, transactional email) with their roles and locations, and confirm the transfer mechanism for any processing outside your jurisdiction.

How long we keep it

TODO(counsel) — Set a retention period for confirmed reservations, for unconfirmed reservations that are never confirmed, and for withdrawal requests. Nothing here is decided yet.

Your rights

You can ask us to remove your reservation at any time by writing to contact@gobeyondclub.com, and we will action it.

TODO(counsel) — Enumerate the applicable rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection, restriction), the response window, the identity-verification step and the supervisory authority to complain to.
